Tim earned a degree in finance from Michigan State University before he moved up north permanently in 2001 and went to work for the Walloon Lake Country Club.
Three years ago, he started his own landscaping business, Manchester Lawn and Landscape, concentrating primarily on Walloon Lake properties.

While he loves being outdoors and the work that landscaping and lawns entail, Tim decided that manual labor might not be his best long-term business plan. It occurred to him that real estate was suited to his interests, skills, knowledge and personality.

“I felt I had a lot of familiarity and expertise in the area, and liked the idea of remaining relatively free of a desk and office,” he said. “Being raised on this lake has provided me with a very intimate knowledge of Walloon – both on and off shore.”

Tim has confidence that he can find the best sunset view, the best sandy shoreline, or the most complete history of a cottage, providing clients with a nice combination of professionalism and personal touch.

“I wanted to be part of Pat O’Brien and Associates because of their people skills, customer service, the advice of past and present clients, and the family atmosphere,” Tim said.
